How to Homeschool During a Crisis

I wish I could tell you that your role as a homeschooling mom will protect you from any major hardship, crisis, or tragedy to happen to you, but life happens whether we are homeschooling or not.  I went through an extremely traumatic year last year when my dad had a horrific accident that left him unconscious with most of his ribs broken and a terrible traumatic brain injury.  Navigating spending up to 20 hours at the hospital a week on top of working, homeschooling, and general mom tasks, was exhausting mentally and physically.  Trying to support my mom as we advoacted for basic human rights for my dad in the hospital and navigated a really awful system while we tried to calm my dad and get him the best care left me with little left to give to my family.  I learned so much through this experience that I want to share to help other homechooling moms deal with a crisis.  In today's episode, I'm sharing my best tips for how to delicately make it through as a homeschooling mom when the life you had planned for a season or longer goes up in smokes and you are left in a chaotic situation.  I pray this episode will truly bless you whether you are currently in a very difficult situation or you will go through one in the future.
