10 Ways to Work and Homeschool

While this podcast is still new and you may have listened just because you don’t think it’s possible to homeschool and work – I’m going to be sharing 10 ways you can work and homeschool (all of which I know people who do these things or I have done them myself)!

Hello! Welcome to the Work Life Glue Podcast! I’m Sarah, working homeschool mom of 3 girls ages 8, 6, and 3. I have been working in my home in multiple different ways since my first daughter was born and I love to teach people how to balance work and homeschool, homeschool tips, time management, and how to be an intentional mom even when balancing many different roles!

Today, I’m sharing 10 different ways a mom can work AND homeschool. Because let’s face it, especially with the economy the way it is, groceries costing almost double what they did a few short years ago, house prices and taxes through the roof, gas prices costing an arm and a leg – we all could use extra money! But many parents who desire to homeschool don’t just need “extra” money – they need money to pay the bills! I am SO passionate about this topic because I am one of those moms too! My husband makes a decent living but it’s not enough to comfortably live off of and wouldn’t cover much more than our groceries and mortgage at this point – we definitely need additional income for when life happens, to pay our other bills, and to make a nice life for our growing children.

If this is you or someone you know – I pray this episode can open up your mind to the possibilities! Please share this episode with someone who may want to homeschool but feel they can’t because they need to make money. It’s not the easiest path, but if spending more time with your kids and educating them at home is your goal, than it is worth the sacrifices you will make!
